From my experience, I was deeply disappointed with the care I received. I had to undergo the (same) procedure twice, and even then, it wasn’t resolved. I felt medically gaslighted when I expressed it had failed (again), and was told that failure was highly unlikely (again), especially given their many years of expertise. However, I was proven right—once everything had healed, it was obvious that the procedure had failed (as I suspected). I didn't go back for a third procedure. I am pleased that when there is a issue, pain, accident etc, they are able to see me quickly The office staff is relaxed and thorough; they are patient.Dr Bloch always has time for questions. The Doctor has seen me through surgery with A+ care and results.
