The website advertises a couples massage but they don’t even have a room with 2 beds in it. I had an appointment scheduled showed up 10 minutes prior because usually you do so and fill out a form saying what kind of pressure or body areas to focus on.. that never was given to us we were rushed into 2 separate rooms with no instructions on to get undressed or anything so we did assuming someone would come in & start massaging us instead she came in & said we have to wait 10 minutes for another person to get there. Anna is the best! She has a very warm and caring personality, and she gives a great massage.
For the price you pay for the basic massage you would think the employees would be schooled in proper customer service.
