Been going here for 11 years and should've left many many years ago. Dr. Eberhardt brushes you off and doesn't listen. When asked for my daughter to come back for a simple "height check" before getting on birth control, we got slapped with a $150 bill, which they feel they "billed correctly". I'm sorry, but to me, this is insurance fraud. I cannot believe the lack of professionalism. Would never go back nor recommend them to anyone.
Apparently you have to pass some secret screening to get an appointment and become a new patient at this place. Not sure how the docs are since I never got to meet one. Couldn't even get past the front desk staff after getting put on hold immediately when they answer and seemingly forget about you. Look elsewhere if you actually need to see a doctor.
Having it a one star because my experience has just been awful (for the past 8 months). The PA is wonderful, but the office staff is the worst! Been going there for years and was happy with them - but now I’m going to switch practices because I can never get an appointment, a call back, or a friendly person on the phone.
The entire team at South Lyon Family Docs is fantastic. The front desk staff is always so friendly and efficient. Morgan is an incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate provider who truly listens to my concerns. I never feel rushed during appointments and always feel confident that I'm receiving the best possible care from her. Highly recommend!
