Amy with AIB was extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding my balance test. I knew it would be intense; however, she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. If I know anyone that needs to schedule an appointment for this test, I definitely recommend Amy. In my opinion, she is literally the perfect person for this job. She has a very calming voice and told me what she was going to do every step of the way.
Dr Connolly is an excellent allergy expert! Dr. Cruz is amazing! Knowledgeable and courteous. The staff is always very pleasant and helpful. The nurses in the allergy department are the best! They care and go out of their way to make sure every detail is right.

This place is terrible. First I went for hearing issues in my left ear he (Dr. Cooper)barely looked at my ear. When he looked in my throat he said you have tonsil stones. We should remove your tonsils?!?! For tonsil stones? Also he treated me like he didn’t have time for me. The staff is rude. I did not need a follow up appointment but they insisted. I said I would call when I get back into town. I received a confirmation call for an appointment that I didn’t make and a threat to charge me if I didn’t show up. I did not like... read more
