These people did a great job! The car was really bad, especially the interior. They advised the full detail with carpet and upholstery shampoo. When I came to pick it up they gave me a walk-around and showed me their great work, the car was even better than i expected! It was really bad and now it looks like a new car.
I think 3 stars is fair… i got the “platinum” — It was quick.. ~$30+$10 tip is gone BUT there were a lot of things I would not classify as _clean clean_ .. like the center area around the shifter, the brushed aluminum of the car handle, vacuuming, door jams, and windows have streaks. I would recommend to slow down a bit and make sure each person at each station takes the time they need and perform their job with intention.
Bad experience. The quarters left in the cup holder were gone, which they claimed as a result as strong vacuuming. With Platinum package, the interior is not very clean.
If I paid $27 for my car to be cleaned inside and out I actually expect it to be spotless not semi cleaned or wiped down. This is how I got my car back from them. Just crazy ash
I went here for a car wash, which I usually only do the outside because the inside of my car stays relatively clean. I was so disappointed after I got the inside of my car washed and pay $29 plus a $10 tip which I wish I could take back at this point because it was as if they did nothing but wet the floor mats. They didn’t wipe down the seats. They didn’t wipe the doors. I still had a cut mark on a console. It just was absolutely terrible. I will never ever get another inside. Car wash from them again.
