Illegally towed my car out of a burger king/shell combo parking lot while in route from El Paso, Texas to Houston, Texas with my family. I sat there and watched them afterward sit and wait for cars to sit there under the assumption they were attending houston rodeo which was aproximately a mile down the road. They made claims they are an HPD lot so I contacted immediate family who is the HPD sergeant and they are not even an HPD authorized lot much less belong to the department.
