I booked my birthday party in the SL Sports Lounge of the Chicago South Loop Hotel and received the worst service. The Manager, security guard and bartender Kim, had the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. I paid $100 to reserve my space for about 20 people. I called them the day of my event and told them that the guest list had grown to about 50 people and they indicated that they appreciated the advance notice and that it wouldn't be a problem accommodating me and my guest. I love the warm and comfortable feeling of this new hotel. I recommend everyone, that loves to be treated like royalty, to come here to the Chicago South Loop Hotel. I had a wonderful visit, and when I come to Chicago again I will definitely visit the Chicago South Loop Hotel, because it's clean, upscale, and the atmosphere is the best yet.
