Dr. Frolow is an exceptional dentist, and my entire experience at this practice exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, the level of care, attention, and professionalism was truly outstanding. If it were possible to give more than five stars, I absolutely would. This is a place where patients are genuinely valued, and the quality of service reflects that in every way. Including their environment is very clean, comfortable and welcoming with honest service. Highly recommended.
I just left Dr. Frolow after getting a partial plate. Dr. Frolow made sure I was absolutely happy with my new plate. I wasn't happy my first try so he sent it back to the lab and had them change the color match to my gums. I can now say I am so very happy he made it his mission to make it right for me. The lab he uses also got it back to me in a couple days with no charge. They are all so happy always a smile on their faces. Staff are nice and friendly. The Clinic is quite, clean and spacious. they have chair close to front door incase you need to wait for your ride. Dr. J. Frolow always made my every visit feel relax and comfortable, always make sure everything is good.. all the Dentists that I've been, he is my top one. Thank you Dr. Frolow!!
I have a mouth from hell. And over the last 10 years, this establishment and all of their dentists and hygienists have helped me so much with my insecurities and my fear of dentists. If there's anywhere to go in the city, I highly recommend this place.
