It was not busy and I got seen half hour before my time.
Staff very friendly , efficient and extremely helpful I had a query today relating to blood pressure monitor ,both Pauline ( at reception ) and nurse Glenys really helpful and dealt with query very efficiently Big THANKYOU
If visiting allow plenty of time & ensure you adequate food and water with you as there are no catering services here , not even a vending machine
WOW TERRIBLE PLACE AVOIDE IF YOU CAN!!! I Turned up with my daughter at 08:00 and I was still sat waiting at 11:00 I decided to asked the reception staff what was the approximate wait time only to be told the nursing team was having a staff meeting and they were short staffed as it was 🤯 why on gods earth have a staff meeting when you have patients needing to be seen I think they need a matron in there with common sense total joke of a place this building and it’s staff are severely letting the NHS name down if any senior m... read more
