Actually had a good job done at old workshop, so spent a bit of time tracking them to use again, unfortunately this time had shocks done,$1000 dollars, minus $15 , Car still sounds and runs like nothing has been done, not really one for reviews but disappointed . Took my car in for a service yesterday at Lismore car repairs (highly recommend), they mentioned we needed our brake pads changed but they couldn't fit it in that day and quoted us $160 for it Took it to this mechanics (south Lismore mechanics) to just get the brake pads changed this morning and they replaced other parts without calling us and told us it would be $660 which is against consumer law After I told them no that's not what we asked for they removed the parts we didn't ask for but then charged us $340 which is incr... read more
Terrible service, rude and dishonest. Im not mechanically minded, and they knew it. I took my car in for a simple pink slip, failed for 1. Windscreen wipers blades 2. Parking lights. 3 Engine oil leak! Was told they would need to remove my engine to fix the leak, they could book my car in immediately and have the expensive work done within several days.
