My over 70-year-old father purchased a new Toro snow blower and traded in his old snow blower. He asked them to start his old snow blower and drive it off the trailer; they declined and just pushed it off. Dad paid for and the new blower less his trade value and drove home with his new snow blower. 3 days later he was called saying there was a problem with his trade making it worth $50 less asking him to bring in more money. Dad had been doing business there for years. This doesn't sound like a fair business transaction.
