Dr. Roberts has been part of my wellness team for sometime now and has always been professional and caring in giving me the best advice and options for my care. Horrible patient services on urology side. Have been waiting 3 weeks since aurhoeiof treatment only to find out medicihas not not been ordered. Also came to find out that Dr had been out due to COVID but was never contacted about this delay as well. Absolutely no courtesy or professionalism on the part of the whole practice. The receptionist never tried to apologize for the " inconvenience"! I'm dealing with cancer that's not an inconvenience,
Dr. Roberts is great. Very professional and thorough. She even met with me for a tele visit when she was feeling a bit under the weather. She is dedicated and thoughtful. The office staff are helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend.
