Had a closing on a home, and they did a good job and were very friendly.
Southland title, was excellent to work with. Carmen was my contact and she went above and beyond her responsibilities to make sure that we would go to closing. We had legal documents and difficult family members to deal with. Carmen and Gloria helped us with that too. I would call Carmen several times a day sometimes. She took the time to answer my questions. Gloria and Carmen were dedicated to helping us and the Buyer close the deal. I would recommend them to anyone that wanted a good team to work with. Thank You.
