Anywhere but here Avoid this place at all costs. I've been consistently disappointed by the service I've received. You name it, they've screwed it up. I'll list some of my grievances: 1. Failed to seal a transmission gasket....woke up to fluid spilled all over my driveway. Had to be fixed again. 2. Quoted me a price of 1100 to fix shocks. Took it for a second opinion and was told the shocks were fine...ended up saving 700 dollars. 3. Replaced my muffler with a ridiculously huge muffler that stuck out and scrapped going down ... read more
Friendly Service The Reston Mobil offers fast and friendly service to their customers. The parking lot offers ample space to run in and grab a drink and there is always room at the pumps.
Beware Inspections Here I took our 1994 Honda in a few weeks ago for an inspection and they failed it due to: "hood release cable issue" (we don't have a problem closing the hood and it was closed when I got there) and a "torn left front boot". I was a little suspect about this, and when I saw another "Failed" receipt at the checkout, I thought maybe the inspectors here are either inexperienced or trying to drum up business. Next day we took our Honda to another service station in Sterling and they passed it without any issu... read more
