Dr. Esseg....How can you just up and move your office and not notify your patients. 85 year old father drove to his appointment today to find an empty office. Obviously you just do not care about your patients. Do not blame your office staff either, your the doctor YOU should have made it a point to make sure patients were notified. MAJOR FAIL. I rate you a ZERO.
I scheduled an appointment for 9:15 am and after my appointment time had past is when the receptionist informed everyone waiting that the Doctor would be 45 minutes late. I ended up having to take a whole day off of work and come back that afternoon. Mind you, this was for a fifteen minute consultation. I went in that Friday for my procedure which was scheduled for 9:00am. The doctor again was late, getting me in at 10:30am.
