Really shoddy business practices. I needed to reschedule an appointment and used a link inside the appointment confirmation email I received. The morning of my original appointment, I received a phone call saying that I had missed my appointment. I explained that I used the link in the email to request to reschedule, and I was told that the link doesn't work, and so this was considered a no-show and I would be charged $50 if I didn't reschedule. I had a great PT experience at RET PT SLU with Linzy and team. I needed vestibular PT following a surgery from a sports related injury, and Linzy and team worked with me to get me back to feeling healthy and able to return to my day to day life without issues. Loved the professionalism, positive vibes, and results.
The SLU RET team have been nothing but friendly and helpful and I highly recommend this place! Came in over 8 weeks due to foot pain I was experiencing and Lorrainne, Woody, Isaac, Vijay, and Kit have been wonderful people in helping me through the recovery process!
I am the new patient, Raven. I have to leave a one-star review because of multiple appointment cancellations & re-schedules. I had the first visit on 7.21, before the first visit, I was re-scheduled for three times. The first visit was good; the PT was nice. Then I scheduled for a second visit on 8.18, today (7.28) I just received a voice message saying they have to cancel again. I don't understand why there are tons of good reviews without any re-scheduling(??) I guess I am just very unlucky.
Tessa and her team have been helping me since March (until now, July) with my pelvic floor pain. Tessa’s a tough coach, but I can see why. My symptoms are so so so much improved! I was driving up to an hour, each way, to see her every week - that’s how much it was worth it to me. If my pain returns, I know who I’m going to call.
