The SLU RET team have been nothing but friendly and helpful and I highly recommend this place! Came in over 8 weeks due to foot pain I was experiencing and Lorrainne, Woody, Isaac, Vijay, and Kit have been wonderful people in helping me through the recovery process!
I am the new patient, Raven. I have to leave a one-star review because of multiple appointment cancellations & re-schedules. I had the first visit on 7.21, before the first visit, I was re-scheduled for three times. The first visit was good; the PT was nice. Then I scheduled for a second visit on 8.18, today (7.28) I just received a voice message saying they have to cancel again. I don't understand why there are tons of good reviews without any re-scheduling(??) I guess I am just very unlucky.
Tessa and her team have been helping me since March (until now, July) with my pelvic floor pain. Tessa’s a tough coach, but I can see why. My symptoms are so so so much improved! I was driving up to an hour, each way, to see her every week - that’s how much it was worth it to me. If my pain returns, I know who I’m going to call.
It's been a 7 month journey to rehabilitate my knee after an ACL surgery. My knee feels strong and ready to go back to the way things were. This was all thanks to the RET team. I like to give a special shout out to Lorrainne who helped me from the start of my journey she's fun, supportive and will guide you through your path to recovery. Thanks to the rest of the team Kit, Woody, Linzy, and Tessa!
I’m 73 years old and was diagnosed earlier this year with severe neck arthritis. I experienced severe pain in my neck radiating down my back and arms when I began physical therapy with Tessa at RET South Lake Union. Tessa was great to work with! Very knowledgeable, observant, and personable. She gently corrected me in my exercises. After three months of therapy, including addressing a flair up of sciatica, I am pain free. All the PT Assistants and front desk staff were great too. I highly recommend RET!
