After years of being a patient here, the quality of service has gone downhill. I have found myself waiting 30+ minutes after my appointment time to get X-rays, and when I do get care, it feels rushed. Aside from care, their pricing is inflated. I was initially quoted $1600 out of pocket for a wisdom tooth removal. After asking a question about the charge, I was told that they calculated incorrectly, so I only owe $600. Anyway, I now go to Oak Tree Dental! Love those people!
Once they were paid, the quality of service quickly dropped. I didn't know they put in a socket after removing my wisdom teeth, until I saw the bill 4 weeks later. I was also up for refund, for which I had to remind them for 3 weeks. If I wouldn't have reminded them they wouldn't have even tried doing the refund.

Wonderful team! Yen is always welcoming, and Dr. Bhattal is very skilled, kind, and patient. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel comfortable, which really builds trust. Faton, Izzy, Justin, and Stephanie work together perfectly to take care of patients. I really appreciate their kindness and professionalism. I will definitely recommend this dental office to my friends.
The people here are AMAZING! Yen gave me a great cleaning, Dr. Bhattal fixed my fillings on the spot, Izzy nailed my night guard fitting, and Stephanie worked magic with my insurance. Quick, friendly, and good energy all around!
