I would not recommend this company to anyone. I called them to repair a leak in my rooftop air conditioning unit that occurred both when it rained and when the unit was running. The technician came out, caulked around the unit, and charged me over $400. The very next day, I ran the unit, and it was still leaking. When I called to report the issue, I was told that the tech “caulked as much as he could and must have missed a corner.” That was the extent of their response—no accountability, no offer to make it right.
