Very Bad Customer Service. Older Lady needs to get fired for double charging customers . Ill be disputing my charges. Worst place to dump!!

Worst trash company. 1. No phone operators- stay on hold for 20 minutes then give up. 2. Pricing is sky high and still going up. 3. Penalize you for small things like wrong type of plastic in recycling- they send people to your house to photograph inside your trash. 4. Small trash cans, wrote the wrong address on my cans. 5. Always leaves my bins knocked over. 6. Often will skip weeks for no reason. Overall, just one more Lake County service that doesn't care about you at all. They refuse to pick up my green bins with green bags made for them !!!!!!!!! It biodegradable bags legal in the United states worst service they we're not professional over the phone regarding this . And just kept stating they don't except but no reason why since they are made for green bins . I lived in the Bay area had no issue in San Francisco where they're the most strick regarding rules . used the same ones I used to use there .well now we are no longer using that bin and will only use black and blue bins .
