We had several things to be done. They came out and cut a hole in our ceiling, identified that we had a shower valve leak. Said they would order and come back. Charged us $195 for the identification. Never came back. Never answered their phone again. Never responded to texts.
Jason was very prompt and courteous! He repaired my exterior hose bib, fixing the leak. Had to replace the existing hose bib with a new one. After repair it was like nothing was done...even replaced any removed stucco around the hose bib. Price was what he quoted up-front and was very reasonable. I will definitely use South Lake Plumbing again and recommend them to friends.
