I’m sharing this review based on my personal experience at this clinic. During my visit, I informed the doctor that I have a bicornuate uterus. Despite knowing my medical history, the doctor recommended a copper IUD. I trusted my doctor’s recommendation and decided to follow it. A few months later, I became pregnant. I literally can’t stand how unorganized this place is… I constantly have issues with scheduling. I have appointments switch to the Clermont location without anyone ever ask or confirming to let me know. It seems like information from the doctors to the staff can’t ever be properly communicated, anytime I communicate that I am unhappy with my service I get a half ass response along the lines of “oh sorry that must have been our old system” or something along those lines.
