I did a lot of research and asked for recommendations before coming here. It was recommended to see Dr Richards for the problems I have been having. The staff were friendly when I got there and Dr Richards was friendly when I met her. I told her my problems but felt like I was being rushed the whole time. Even after telling her the problems I had in the past with birth control, she still just said to take it and see what happens. A lot less busy at this location. I feel waiting is less to see my provider.
I had an appointment tomorrow, January 20, they decided to call me at the last minute today January 19 at 2 pm to tell me I need a pa for regular prenatal checkup. I ended up canceling since I wouldn't be able to get a pa in less then 24 hours.
Courtney T at the 4 corners location seriously makes my Dr visits so much better! It’s always nice to walk into a Dr office and see a friendly face who really sees you more than just a number, but as a person. I drive the extra 30 minutes to just come to this location to have a much better experience from start to finish.
Poor communication. Sent me to the wrong location and when I got there the office was closed. When I called, they said they couldn’t attend me at the other location anymore and that I need to reschedule. They said they left me a voicemail but did not, in the text confirmation I went to the location that was stated. Then they had no availabilities for that week. Ridiculous treatment.
