Dr Perez and her staff were very attentive and super sweet. Very very efficient in and out within 45 minutes of my appointment. If you need a OBGYN, they are top notch.
My experience with this practice in South Lake OB/GYN was excellent. The entire team was very professional and supportive with me during my visit. They make me feel comfortable and take care of my needs.
Dr Richards is an excellent GYN for me. She's patient with my many questions, and thoroughwith her answers. Highly recommend her.
I was a patient for Mrs. Gloria perez office I received a bill through her facility to pay. I tried to get it disputed through my insurance company, in the mean time I needed to be seen her staff and billing department denied me from being seen even though I offered to pay on the bill I just didn't have the money upfront. I'm considered high risk and I'm pregnant and they wouldn't let me pay on the bill they said I have to pay in full.
