I bought a truck from them and it was the best experience they were very helpful. It was a used truck but they stood by the couple things that I pointed out that was wrong with it. They fixed it. They made an appointment to get stuff done to it. They called with the appointment time by far. The best dealership I have ever worked with the Chevy dealership in town. We won't mention any names. They are very friendly and professional, but having replaced the radio on my Jeep for the second time, the problem hasn't been fixed and is actually worse off. They are getting ahold of a rep again and hopefully will be corrected. They have been working diligently on the matter, and I hope it will be fixed soon.
Horrible customer service in the Service Department & poor mechanics. Brought our jeep there to be fixed due to multiple diagnostic issues, never fixed the problem and in fact messed up my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ls software!!! Left there in worse condition than when I brought it. Not happy & will not go back to this location for any service needs!!!
