They did not show up for a few weeks and I had to contact them to receive service and this was not during the dormant months. Then they stopped showing up for about 2 months so I assumed they dropped me or they went out of business. They showed up out of the blue and mowed the yard and broke my neighbors window and send me an invoice for a month of work! Horrible service. They did not show up for the last few mos in a row and we paid them on time every time. When they did show up, they did a sloppy job mowing our lawn and we had to ask them continuously to trim our hedges which took them several more visits after we asked them to do it and it was part of the agreement..They then trimmed only a few hedges and trees and left others I trimmed…When they finally trimmed them..The job was sloppy. I tried my best not to post a review and give this company the benefit of the doubt but they are truly horrible landscapers and future customers need to be aware to not do landscaping with them. They have been costing me tons of money down the road in repairs and corrections. I had South Lake complete my landscaping after my pool was built in April 2021 and they did nearly everything wrong. 1) I ordered $7k worth of 5ft podocarpus plants for my backyard and they delivered 3 1/2 ft ones.
