I cannot say enough good things about the facility or the people here. We are visiting family from out of state and my son started getting sick. All the urgent care centres either didn't take our insurance, or had REALLY long wait times. South Lake got us right in and seen by an NP almost immediately! Everyone was very patient and kind. I would feel 100% comfortable coming back for any reason. The facility looked like it was just a few years old when in fact it's been 6years! ————-***** DO NOT GO THERE *****————— I went to the ER last night with a broken hand, and I was in excruciating pain. There was no one in the lobby no other patient waiting, or anything whatsoever after the person in the front checked me in with, of course a huge attitude like I owe her something and I shouldn’t be there and she was annoyed after waiting about 30 minutes I asked her ma’am I’m in excruciating pain. Been here since midnight it’s 4:12am and nothing the ER is completely empty and I’m still waiting on the doctor. In pain had to take meds I got from Advent Health… WORSTTTTTT ER… if you don’t have a job or kids and have time to waste… this is the place… I should have went to advent health… never again

We were outta State on vacation & my son got extremely sick.. they got him in & thru paperwork & in the back with in 5 minutes!!! Incredible in todays times .. awesome people
