First referred in May finally after many calls with no return calls, I go ta call back in July and was gave appointment in late August then moved to late September then moved to late October. after being moved in October again I canceled. No reason to get involved with a provider so disorganized.
RecommendedDr. Kadra is awesome and the staff is great. I have been seeing Dr. Kadra for about 12 yrs.
The staff were very nice and I was taken back right away. Of course they're not seeing pt. I was there for a procedure.

The Office Manager, Adel, is awesome. I was upset with an issue and he took time out of his busy day to call me personally and discuss my concerns and make things better. I do recommend this practice because their medical reputation is good and although it takes time to get an appointment if management cares enough to make a personal call, then they deserve a second chance to treat me and my family in the future.
I like my doctor and nurses but not the staff. They won’t give test results over the phone do they make you come in for less than a five minute consult and charge you a copay.
Staff needs to be trained better!! How do you wait to the day BEFORE to inform a new patient ESPECIALLY on a Friday that you MUST bring your medical records for an appt on SATURDAY?? This is something you say WHEN the appt is made!! Usually it’s done at the time of visit when all the paperwork is signed Atleast that’s been MY experience!! The mgr KATIE was LESS THAN understanding or concerned, didn’t care for her tone either! Just lost 3 patients! If the staff can’t be bothered can’t imagine the dr’s!!
