The most expensive company i have ever dealt with. They charged for work that wasn't even completely done to the estimated quote. I called and asked for refund for the work they did not do, he didn't even offer money back for the 10 GFI outlets i paid for and wasn't used, charge me as they were installed .. that is theft. I had a problem with my pool light. My son had worked with this company before, was pleased with them I got to meet Ricky, very nice, polite. He fixed the problem plus a few other things. Very happy with his work, will use again.
South Lake Electric was fantastic! Ricky was absolutely incredible—outstanding customer service, extremely knowledgeable, and so helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. Zach was also very kind and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. I would absolutely recommend South Lake Electric without hesitation!
We were extremely pleased with how quickly our appointment was scheduled and with the service provided. Ricky Holland arrived at the expected time, determined what the repair entailed, and promptly fixed the problem with our circuit breaker. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend South Lake Electric and Ricky in particular. Overall a very positive experience.
