The physicians are great but Dr. Reynolds really needs to look at his office staff. The manager, Tracy has a very nasty personality and really does not need to be in charge. Lisa is great and I miss my nurse Shelby. Shelby was a delite to the office and she always made me feel comfortable. She needs to come back . Get rid of some of your staff and you would be a better office Dr. Reynolds.
I am currently 39 weeks pregnant with my third child. I have been going to South Lake OBGYN for almost 12 years now. I love all the staff there. They are so caring and they always find time to send with you when you need them. I would recommend Dr. Reynolds and his staff to everyone. They are great.......
