I'd give this crappy business 0 stars if I could. I was a faithful paying customer and they cut me off in cold weather just because my ex husband told them to. I should have sued them since my name was on the account..One is dirty as the other.
On Dec 12th, I paid $100 to SKRECC to move a pole in our yard (they insisted it had to be moved 2 feet). I was told this would take 3 weeks. It is now January 25th (43 DAYS LATER) and I have NO IDEA when they will be moving this pole. Meanwhile, I cannot live in my home. RIDICULOUS!!!!
Just found out that you have to have a phone or a computer to stay with auto system. I also feel this is a company that doesn't care about anything but money. The members do not matter any more have been with them from the early 80s. Did they ask any members if so I would like to see the report.
