I used to go to South Kendall for many years and never had a problem as I had today. My dog has pooped with blood and I was worry so I scheduled the appointment for today afternoon. I work in brickell and once the traffic was horrible I called while I was all the way down saying I would be a little late. I was told that would have a fee for being late and asked please to not being charged because I was in traffic on my way and my dog needed to be seeing. We’ve been using this team of vets for a very long time without concern but they were not on top of their game this time. I’m thankful they got my baby in quickly however they overlooked an injection that was due, they didn’t send a prescription as promised, then I was advised that he wasn’t getting recommended preventative medication when they just gave it to him the previous day, indicating a recent lack of accurate documentation. I will see if this improves in 6 months.
From the moment we walked in, I could feel the genuine care and compassion this clinic has for both pets and their humans. The entire team is patient, gentle, and incredibly respectful-not only with the animals but also with us as pet parents. They take the time to explain every single detail of care, and nothing is done without first consulting and fully informing me, including the exact cost of each service.
