Going to iit means you want good Chicago food at a good price. The lunch special at this establishment is so insanely good, the one server who is here every single time I come, has started to recognize my friends and I. I will forever support South kawa. Tasty sushi and an insanely good price. Super clean. I'm coming tmr, can't wait
Honestly this was the best sashimi and sushi in my entire life. Everything is so fresh and savory! Make sure to get the yellotail sashimi and some mochi at the end. This is life changing.
Poor presentation and careless packaging. We placed a last-minute carryout order, and the experience was disappointing. The sushi was sloppy and falling apart, and they crammed everything for two people into a single container with only one set of chopsticks. While the taste was okay, the lack of care makes this a hard pass for last-minute carryout.
