Friendly helpful was able to check for everything and did their job right
Amazing experience. Phenomenal staff. Olivia listened to my concerns and advocated for me. She's amazing!! My head got injured at work, and they were thorough, kind, and professional. I felt like my concerns were addressed.
This place is honestly a joke. The doctors don’t care what your ailment is. They always tell you to follow up with a primary care physician. I was injured at work and have not been able to heal and every time I try to call or go in they tell me that it’s not a Workmen’s Comp. issue and that I shouldn’t be done work trying to get help.
I have been to this location 2 times once in 2023 for a bad cut on my finger requiring 7 stitches, the Dr that attended to me was outstanding attentive spoke to me and shot the breeze great experience. Yesterday the 14th of May 2025 was a whole different ballgame I slipped on the Floor at work, I work on repairing surfaces and was in an apartment complex that contracted the company I work for. Walked in for a medical release for my job to be able to drive a work truck for a week! Not forever a week just to have the doctor tell me no he would not sigh off on the form because I am in a MAT program so he made me go to my doctor that proscribes my script an then all the way down in Orem to another workmed with a doctor that was willing to sign it.
