I removed the teak seating and step on my 2004 Beneteau sailboat, the teak was coming loose and was looking pretty bad. I was lucky to come across Dave at South Jersey Yacht Detailing to have the gel coat repaired in the cockpit seating area. I was planning on having the imitation teak either glued down or possibly held down with snaps. I have seen that done on a buddies power boat and it looked pretty nice.
