My care team takes great preventive care of me. I have a family history of skin cancer and had some bad sunburns as a kid. We meet twice a year to address anything brewing before it can become a problem.
Staff are always very helpful, explaining everything.
Overall experience was excellent! The robo-assistant was impressive - understands well than most live assistant I experienced with. Keep up the good work!
There was no wasted time. I checked in online from home, which sped up the process. When I arrived I was taken back to see the doctor within just a couple of minutes. Then it only took a couple minutes before I was seen by the doctor. She thoroughly checked my skin and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She answered any questions I had and made the experience great.
