I had an all around terrible experience with Starr Septic. Hardly ever returned phone calls when they said they would. Took a year from when I gave them my deposit til when the new septic system was completely installed (partly because the county denied the first set of plans that whoever they used drew up; also I got the approval a year ago now but no one reached out for 1-2 months after in order to put me on their schedule). I recently rented a porta-potty from Starr for a large party at my house. They arrived on-time the day before. The driver was courteous and placed the unit exactly where I had asked him to. It was fully stocked with hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. and filled the water tank for the sink and we had many compliments on how clean & sterile it was. I highly recommend Starr & I will definitely be using them again in the very near future.
