I had an all around terrible experience with Starr Septic. Hardly ever returned phone calls when they said they would. Took a year from when I gave them my deposit til when the new septic system was completely installed (partly because the county denied the first set of plans that whoever they used drew up; also I got the approval a year ago now but no one reached out for 1-2 months after in order to put me on their schedule).
