Staff are excellent! Alaisha (hope I spelled it right), nurse Joan and the MRI tech (didn't capture her name) and another woman, who called me in from the waiting room were phenomenal. They are so kind and caring. If I could give 10 stars I would.
I had a very good experience from the scheduling part to the scan itself. On the phone she gave me all the pertinent details, and exactly where to go. And was able to get me in to a very quick appointment easily. In the lobby an employee just arriving directed me to check in on the kiosk. Then the person checking me in at the desk was quick, friendly and funny. It was first thing in the morning! I appreciated all of this.
