Outstanding customer service.
Dont go to the Washington office if your doctor wants a CD or yiu’ll have to go back in two business days because they don’t have a “burner”. Many people including myself asked for a CD of our test and we were all told not in this office. The staff was nice and friendly.
SJ radiology itself provides great care. I have been a patient many times; however they use the inadequate application, Open Doctor, for scheduling. Open Doctor is terrible. An appointment is selected at the beginning of the session; after working through the stupidly formatted form, the appointment confirmation is shifted to the day following the selected appointment. Also the form does not list common insurance carriers. SJR needs to obtain a functional appointment site
