They were an hour behind for my MRI appointment. No one notified me. I rushed from work to be to my appointment on time, then was forced to wait and wait without anyone updating me on the extreme daily. Completely unacceptable.

I highly recommend South Jersey radiology. Today was the first day I’ve been at this location. My husband had an appointment with a doctor upstairs. He ordered an x-ray. I had seen their office on the way into the doctor’s so we said let’s just see if they can see you now. They were very quick to register him. Only waited probably five minutes, if that, for them to take him back. The study was also done very quickly. The office is very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They’re the best. All of the locations around Washington Township that I have been to over the past 8 years have been fantastic. Literally have never had a bad experience.

Had an MRI & CT scans performed on 1/8/26. The surgeons script specifically stated to provide me, the patient with discs. Their dvd burner was down so that wasn't happening. I was told that copies of the discs would be delivered to another SJRA office by 1/12/26. I've had numerous studies done at sjra and ALWAYS left with the disc. Today, 1/12/26, I called my local office in West Deptford to see if they arrived. I was told yes by the person answering the phone.
