Five stars! Quick processing and friendly staff. I really liked the X-ray girl, too. Reminded me of my niece. She was very nice and answered questions I didn’t expect her to know. She wouldn’t tell me if it was broken- something about policy. i had to go back in the next day to pick up the cd and saw everyone in masks. SJRA is a top quality facility. The care and service is excellent. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and caring. They are truly professional. They take time to listen and provide excellent care.

I am very upset with the experience I just had at this SJ radiology. I had to get an MRI and they got me all set up in the bed to go into the machine. As they were about to begin they realized that my hair was damp from taking a shower about an hour before my appointment. The nurse said "Im doing a brain scan you cant come in with wet hair" and proceeded to roll her eyes because I have to reschedule and that she "hates rescheduling people" Eventhough no one EVER told me that I could not have wet hair.
