Took five days for one family member to find out she had pneumonia. The explanation “we don’t have a radiologist to read it”. She wa so sick and antibiotics were delayed. Another young family member with acute hearing loss in one ear is being told “standard to take a week for results, What? My doc has recommended them for an MRI. No thank you I’ll go to Jefferson where results are available in my chart in 24 hours.
Excellent experience from scheduling to text reminders, pre-check-in, and friendly and courteous staff. Everyone from the front desk and all the way through the appointment were professional and caring. I have been going here for mammograms and ultrasound for the past few years. Every time is an excellent experience. I would highly recommend.
Minimal wait, very professional staff from front desk( Nicole) to MRI persons( Stephanie and Capri ) test easy, comfortable temp and positioning. Highly recommend
I was completely blown away by how nice everybody was. Definitely number one of all the radiology business I've ever been to. But I take my hat off to Ryan P. He made sure I was taken care of and made sure I packed away my chain. He even made sure I had a cd made of the mri in the blink of an eye. Thank you Ryan!
