I recently completed a CT scan at SJ Radiology on Greentree Road in Marlton. As someone who is disabled, wheelchair-bound, and unable to easily transition from a wheelchair to the testing platform, I was understandably concerned about the process. Fortunately, Ryan Pierce was the tech on duty, and he was there to help me make the transition safely. I came here for a lung X-ray with a doctor’s order, and my experience with the X-ray technician was extremely disappointing. The technician was rude, dismissive, and at times felt outright aggressive in tone. Instead of explaining the procedure professionally, they repeatedly questioned me in a way that felt more like interrogation than patient care.
