The check-in was very easy and the young lady was very professional. Ryan the tech assistant was very accommodating and concerned due to my being claustrophobic, he went the extra distance and making me feel comfortable, and then he provided me with the disk of my report that I neglected to ask for due to my nervousness. Thank you for having such employees that show respect and consideration great assets to the company.
Fail to scan the my wife appendix during a cat scan . Only scan above her navel. Will not return to that office. I hope she does not need surgery that is now delayed because that is what the doctor need to be scanned and it was not.
I will never come here or deal with this place again and please take my advice don’t show up early as matter fact don’t chose this place you’ll be sitting until your appointment time I was told come 30 minutes earlier to sign a paper that took me 3 minutes to sign and sat for almost 2 hours until I got called and also had to fast. The scheduling department and referral department should also get trained properly. Also try calling they take forever to pick up the phone.
