Doctors are good however when trying to call for prescription refills or changes you can never talk to a real person just a recording telling you to leave a message. Insrance stopped covering my medication and I needed a prescription for a different medication when I left a message they called in a prescription for the one that is no longer covered. The pharmacy also informed them twice.
