Very helpful and friendly
Started out great like most pool companies but they are starting to forget about how important customer service is. I believe they are taking on more than they can handle and are overwhelmed. My wife called twice to get a quote for a new liner and was put on hold for over 5 minutes both times and before anyone took her off of hold they hung up on her both times. They also charge close to $15 for a bag of pool salt, do yourself a favor and get your pool salt at Walmart for $6 a bag. My wife also emailed pictures of our damage... read more
Was going here since they opened and never had an issue. Sam the owner is very nice. I’m not 100% on the woman’s name who runs the counter (his wife maybe?) but she had a serious attitude on her today. I left with out a purchase and drove all the way to Cinnaminson to another pool store to get my parts. I doubt I go back. I’d rather drive a little and pay someone else who doesn’t have such an attitude.
Great place for All things Swimming Pool. I've known this guy and his staff for 12 years now. He comes from a family owned pool n spa business so his style and attention to his customers really comes through. Reasonably priced store. I don't go anywhere else. John n Kathy from Sicklerville.
