My kids and I were so pleased with this office!! The staff was so kind and down to earth. The doctor was thorough and he laughing along with my silly family. I would give everyone extra stars if I could. They were amazing!
Doctor put son on an intense regime after just one visit. Not many questions asked. No tests were done. Went for a second opinion and they were surprised by it. The front desk and their policies are strict. I cancelled my follow up within the timeframe asked and was sent an email saying I owed $50. Nothing came in the mail or a phone call. When I called they said it should be fine if I don’t pay it since I cancelled on time. I asked for something in writing. Was told they were texting it to me. Never received it. The doctor and the young woman that work at the front desks are simply amazing. She multitasks and makes everyone feel welcomed when you walk through the door. The doctor goes over everything from start to finish. He speaks to the patient and the parent in a kind and understanding way.
