Easy to make an appointment online. I was able to get an appointment within 3 hours of calling. Location is very clean and nice inside. Vicki was extremely personable and knowledgeable about all things lice. She is also very calming (even though I was freaking out). She also follows up extensively after the appointment to make sure everything is going ok. She is always available for any questions. I would highly recommend The Lice Lady for treatment of lice.
Would give six stars if I could.
Vickie was so nice and educated us about lice.. she took care of the problem with one visit and a recheck. Seriously the nicest most helpful lady!
