I called Dr Kell for an appointment on short notice for a needed consultation and possible challenge. She responded with an appointment same day and made me feel like I mattered. As soon as I walked in she made me feel welcomed, and concerned about my situation. She assured me it was no problem and went right to work checking to function of my hearing aids. Very knowledgeable and caring! I purchased new hearing aids and she spent more than enough time explaining how to use them and set up! I would definitely recommend them!
