My first visit was pleasant. The Audiologist was polite, friendly, and professional.
Dr Kelli was very professional and very thorough in researching my hearing condition. She took the time to explain with vivid detail of what was happening and why. She offered a few solutions fo me to choose from. And guided me to make the best decision for my condition. She never rushed the visit. And explained clearly each step of the testing that she was performing. She genuinely cares about her patients well being
