Very disappointed with their attitude towards me as a non customer who needed assistance. We woke up with no heat. While explaining this to the woman on the phone and the series of events leading to, she replies, well, you're not a Customer of ours so you're going to have to fill out an application.............. Never again will I ever attempt to use company for anything, nor would I refer them to anyone. Its 38° out, my house was 49°.
South Jersey Fuel quite literally saved the day! Amerigas had failed to show up time and time again. I gave SJP a call and the girls answered right away to get me started. Mike called shortly after and did everything he could to get me propane quickly! The truck was here and got me running with heat and hot water before the below freezing temps hit tonight! Thank you so much to Mike and his team for saving me!!
I was a customer for several years until recently when I called about a billing issue was shocked by rude unprofessional ignorant response then she hung up on me before I could fully explain my complaint! Needless to say I wasn't about to leave myself open to such blatant disrespect subject myself to come down to their level when propane tanks ran out called them and kindly asked them to come retrieve them that I went with another company just called them again today it's been almost a month and they've yet to pick them up s... read more

Great customer service. Call them since the propane company I was using couldn’t fill my tank and it was empty today. South Jersey came out and filled it without a problem. Gained a new customer.
