Was with another company for several years until I found out about SJF&P. After listening to Mike about what they offer is was an easy choice to switch providers. Extremely happy with how fast they respond and get out to your residence when needed. Highly recommend. Plus ill prob save several hundred dollars a year. WIN/WIN deal.
South Jersey Fuel hooked up a new tank and performed a leak test today. The technician(can’t recall his name) was friendly, knowledgeable and shared a lot of that knowledge. Mike set up my service and was also very professional and knowledgeable. This company has far exceeded expectations based on their competition.
Great customer service
The lady who answers the phone for propane delivery is super rude and obviously hates her job. Makes me not want to use them for propane
Very disappointed with their attitude towards me as a non customer who needed assistance. We woke up with no heat. While explaining this to the woman on the phone and the series of events leading to, she replies, well, you're not a Customer of ours so you're going to have to fill out an application.............. Never again will I ever attempt to use company for anything, nor would I refer them to anyone. Its 38° out, my house was 49°.
