Never answers phone or returns call after I leave multiple messages. Psychiatrists are unhelpful and overall cold feeling from staff.

Worse place ever. Can’t pick up the phone. If your case manager suggests this place, ask for another. They also never told me Diamond, my therapist , left and never gave me a new one. I keep trying to call to get a new one but they can’t pick up the phone.

I contacted SJ behavioral health in May asking for a therapist. My mental health has deteriorated from my job and family issues. The first couple times they didn't answer the phone. The answering machine said they do walk-ins, so I went there and they asked me to fill out papers. They said they would call me first thing tomorrow morning. They said on the phone that my appointment would be a month later over the phone. I asked why it's over the phone and they said because of COVID. I wanted to give this place a chance despite the negative reviews, I came in upon my intake they seemed very friendly and amenable. However, once they had gotten my insurance information and after initial intake it became increasingly difficult to make an appointment. I have memory issues so every time I make an appointment, I call someone so they can add it to their schedule as well as me adding it to my schedule as well.
