Extremely Disappointed With the Appraisal Maria and her husband did a very poor job appraising my house. I clearly explained and highlighted the property’s issues to Maria before, during, and after the appraisal, yet those issues were either ignored or not properly reflected in her valuation. I requested a quote on appraisal services, and Maria gave me a call to discuss. After discussing my particular situation, Maria indicated that an appraisal from her would not help, but provided a lot of really great information on my situation and things for me to consider as I move forward with my lender. It was very informative, and helped me move forward with my lender to resolve my issue.
