Stand-up guy! My mom was referred to John at South Jersey Appliance because she was having ongoing issues with her refrigerator. She had already had someone come out several times to fix the problem, but with little success. John took the time to listen to her, researched the issue, and patiently walked her through the solution over the phone—at no charge! Now that’s what I call outstanding customer service. A BIG thank you. While it turned out they do not service my type of appliance (trash compactor), they were kind enough to refer me to another company that does. It only took them 30 seconds to pass along that helpful info, but it likely saved me at least an hour of frustration.
Called to get a price for a service call and John walked me through the problem with my refrigerator and how to fix it so I didn't need a service call. Doesn't get much better than that. Actually called me the next morning to see how I made out. Will definitely refer him to anyone that has appliance problems
John not only helped me with how to fix my dryer and exactly what part to go get and where they wouldn’t take advantage of me. John has my respect and my business forever
