Called to get a price for a service call and John walked me through the problem with my refrigerator and how to fix it so I didn't need a service call. Doesn't get much better than that. Actually called me the next morning to see how I made out. Will definitely refer him to anyone that has appliance problems

My refrigerator wasn't working for like 2 hours, 3 hours and I called like 6 different companies. I called south jersey appliance, and the guy told me what to do and what he told me it worked all I to do is buy a thermostat, I gave you 5 stars. And other companies, they're not gonna tell you that they're gonna come to your house and get your money. So if I ever need more appliance repair, I know where I'm gonna call.

Made this appointment yesterday and came out the next day on time. John came in, figured out the problem right away, it only took him less than an hour to fix it. His price was very good, especially considering the other companies who overcharge. Thank you so much!!!
