We purchased a used crown forklift off SI Forklift late last year. At the purchase their offered a fair warranty on the forklift. There were a couple of issues with the forklift, and not once did they backtrack from their warranty promises. It has now been fully fixed, and the service, communication, their obligations towards their promise and towards the customer are all at the top end of how a company should always treat its customers. Well I contacted Daniel at 9 am asked if they had any forklifts for sale he said they had a x rental one for sale so I visited the shop liked what I saw it was everything Daniel said it was . Asked if it could be delivered the next day to Amberley as I had a container of stock arriving at 12 midday. Well I paid invoice straight away and the forklift was delivered at 11am the next day This was the best service I have ever received I rate this company and Daniel as first class Kind regards David Cammock Paragon fencing
